Job Description:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Resolve client complaints quickly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the investment management industry.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide clients with timely and accurate information about their investments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
